Bob CreMeens, a Senior Program Analyst, has been with Employee Plans Division of the Internal Revenue Service since 1982. Beginning in 2002 to present, Bob's primary area of work has been with the examination programs for 403(b) and 457 plans as well for small business sponsored IRA plans.
