Whitney N. Moore has been a staff attorney with SB/SE Division Counsel Headquarters since September 2015. Whitney works closely with the Assistant Division Counsel (International) in overseeing much of the Service’s FBAR penalty program and has coordinated the referral of over 125 assessed FBAR cases to the Department of Justice for collection. Prior to her time at Headquarters, Whitney spent four years as a docket attorney in the Los Angeles, California field office. Whitney received her J.D., cum laude, from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. |
